Please note that we request a minimum of 2 nights on all bookings.
These rates are fully inclusive of bed and breakfast and no taxes are due.
We regret we cannot accept pets or children younger than 15 years of age to stay.
Usual CHECK-IN TIME is 4.00pm and CHECK-OUT is by 10.30am.
RETURNING GUESTS will receive a 10% discount as a thank you for your loyalty.
How to Book
To make a reservation you can telephone or e-mail us with your request or book online via our secure server on the VISIT SCOTLAND website. Please note: minimum 2 night stay.
This online booking is not able to show the discounted rates for multiple nights. We will however send an e-mail with the correct charge after we receive your booking.

Reservation
A deposit of £25.00 per person is required with confirmation of booking. Payment may be made by cheque (Sterling) made payable to Ian Thomson or Debit card, Visa or MasterCard.
The balance is payable on departure either by cash or card. Please note that there will be a surcharge of 2% on credit card payments only to cover the ever increasing bank charges.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, you require to cancel your booking the deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to relet the room. Please note that as you entered into a contract at the time of booking, the following charges will apply.
1 – 7 days prior to arrival date, or if the booking is not taken up (no show) — 100% of the value of the booking.
7 – 14 days prior to arrival date — 25% of the value of the booking.
However we shall do our very best to relet the room and if successful the charge will be adjusted.
We therefore advise suitable holiday insurance should be taken to cover any loss.
