Cancellation: If for any reason you have to cancel your booking please give us as much notice as possible in order to try to relet your room. Every effort will be made to do this but up to 75% of the booking value may be charged if this is not possible. For failure to arrive or cancel the booking with no notice the full amount of the booking becomes due.
The remaining balance may be paid in cash, by cheque (cheque guarantee card required) or by Credit or Debit Card.
We advise guests to take out travel insurance to cover bookings you may make for your holiday in the event of having to cancel.
Terms and Conditions
- We operate a no smoking policy within the house
- Guests are welcome to arrive between 3.30pm and 6.30pm unless otherwise arranged
- Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under 15 years of age or pets

We accept advance bookings for stays of two or more nights, but for one night stays, we can only accept bookings no earlier than one week in advance.
